I will be joining the
Dept. of Computer Science at the
State
University of New York, Stony Brook for my (Masters and) PhD
from Fall (Sept.) 2007, with full funding from the graduate school. My
research interests include Computer Networks, Network Security and Embedded
Networking.
I have graduated (Fall '03 -
Spring '07) from the
Department of Computer Engineering,
Maharshi Dayanand University, (Haryana) India, with a Bachelor's in
Technology.
I spent my senior year
final semester internship (Jan '07 - May '07) at the
Information Technology Lab, Dept. of Electrical Engineering,
IIT Delhi,
getting myself acquainted to Sensor Networks.
I spent my junior summer as visiting student
at the Embedded Systems Lab, Dept. of Electrical Engineering,
Indian Institute of
Technology Delhi working in the area of Embedded Systems and Computer
Networks
with
Prof. Subrat Kar.
I spent my sophomore summer in
my room playing
Mitch Maddox. That's when I broke into
MTNL, my local ISP and formally entered the world of network security
research.
I spent my freshman summer
interning at
Bharti Airtel, New Delhi with a team of network administrators from IBM
India.
I went to Gyan Bharati School, (Saket, New Delhi) India, after studying
at the International Indian School, (Riyadh) Saudi Arabia, and Vasant Valley
School, (Vasant Kunj, New Delhi).
